REC Philly, which stands for Resources for Every Creator, is an incubator for creatives similar to what WeWork is for entrepreneurs. They have come a long way from humble beginnings in not-so-prime locations to opening their first 10,000 square feet flagship creative space in the Fashion District of downtown Philadelphia on December 12th, 2019. Today they announced a $2 million investment from hip hop mogul Sean Diddy Combs that will expand their operations to Miami. It will be located in the subdivision of Little River next to Little Haiti and will offer up to 12,000 square feet state of the art resources and be a HUB for artists and creatives alike.
